Upon placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email. For premade designs, please allow us 1-3 business days for your order to process and for proofs to be emailed. We work Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm PST. We do not work weekends, and we observe all federal holidays.
For custom orders and custom logo design packages, the turnaround time varies. We do ask you to please allow us at least 2 weeks to start new projects. For the most accurate timeline, please inquire. Scope of work on custom projects: After work has been stated, the scope of work cannot be changed. If the client requests an additional feature or module of the project, the price may need to be adjusted. In addition, the initial estimate is an estimate – total project costs are subject to change.
We try to answer emails as soon as possible, but can’t always get to them immediately. Please allow adequate time for responses. I do not respond to most status check emails because it takes away time for actual work. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
Please note that Macarons & Mimosas is not responsible for colour variation, as all computer monitors display colours differently. Keep in mind that the colour of the product you receive will be close, but it might not be exactly what you expected. We try our best to capture the product through our photos and inspect your order prior to shipping.
We provide editable and layered files, with the Add-On package here. Fonts are third-party items. Legally, no designer can include or give out font files (if they are not the ones who created them). You do not need the font files to use the logos or designs. However, we understand that you might want to use these fonts throughout your branding and marketing, so we include the names of the fonts used along with the links to where you can purchase and/or download them.
Even though you have received a shipping notification, all designs and files will be sent via email or by a download link. You will not receive a physical item from us. The shipping notification is the notice that your order is complete and finalized.

All premade designs that contain graphic elements are sold as seen. We do not alter the graphics without a custom design fee. Font change is also not included, if you request or require a different font from what is seen in the design, additional fees will incur.
We allow you to use the premade designs for all of your branding and marketing needs. You are not allowed to trademark or copyright premade designs. If you are looking for trademark designs, you will need to purchase a custom logo package. We retain all rights to your premade logo designs.
Any project, premade or custom, that goes dormant after 90 days will be considered closed. Once the project is closed, any future resumption would need to be discussed. Due to limited storage space, all premade design files are stored on my server for 6 months and then are auto-deleted. After this time, the project would need to be repurchased and started over.
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with the product or your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know and we will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue. Please note that due to the digital nature of our services & products, refunds may not be provided after proofing has been provided to you, regardless of your acceptance of the proofs.
