This questionnaire is to better assist in giving me more insight into your company, brand, and style. To capture the look and feel that you are going for, to get an idea of the colour palette that we will be using, font styles, and more.

• Email signature sent in JPEG format (HTML, clickable version is available for an extra cost)
PLEASE NOTE- this listing is for the design ONLY. There are printed materials included. Website installation for WordPress is an add-on design fee. Fonts are third-party items. Legally, no designer can include or give out font files (if they are not the ones who created them). You do not need the font files to use the logos or designs. However, I understand that you might want to use these fonts throughout your branding and marketing, so I do include the information.
